“WANTED TO MARRY ME” TERRENCE JUST SPILLED EVERYTHING

Terrence Howard just dropped a bombshell that has the internet spiraling — claiming he had a secret affair with Beyoncé back in the day, and Jay-Z allegedly blacklisted him from Hollywood because of it.
The Oscar-nominated actor sat down for an interview and revealed that he once had the chance to date Beyoncé when Destiny’s Child was at the height of their fame. Instead, he chose someone else in the group.
‘I had a chance to date Beyoncé, you know, early on,’ Howard said. ‘We had a conversation, and I ended up talking to the other girl inside of Destiny’s Child — the girl with the blue eyes.’
That would be Farrah Franklin, who briefly joined the group in 2000 before departing after just five months.
But according to Howard, Beyoncé never forgot being passed over. And she made sure he knew exactly what he missed — during one of the most iconic award show performances of the early 2000s.
‘I think that’s why she picked me to do that dance when she did the kind of strip tease dance that we did at BETS or whatever — to show me what I had lost,’ Howard claimed.
He’s referring to the 2005 BET Awards, where Destiny’s Child performed their hit ‘Cater 2 U.’
While Michelle Williams chose Magic Johnson and Kelly Rowland chose Nelly to serenade from their chairs, Beyoncé picked Terrence Howard. And girl, she went all out.
The performance has lived in infamy for nearly two decades. Beyoncé crawled, grinded, and poured her all into that lap dance while Howard sat there clutching his shirt looking like he might actually pass out.
‘Do you like it like this?’ Beyoncé sang directly to him. ‘Do you like it like this?’
The chemistry was undeniable. The internet lost its collective mind. And apparently, so did Jay-Z.
According to Howard, Jay wasn’t in the audience that night — but it didn’t take long for him to see what went down.
And he wasn’t happy about it. Not one bit.
To understand just how mad Jay-Z allegedly was, you have to remember how he treated another artist who got a little too close to Beyoncé for his liking.
When Sean Paul collaborated with Beyoncé on ‘Baby Boy’ in 2002, rumors swirled about chemistry between them. Sean Paul later spoke about how he and Beyoncé couldn’t really perform the song together because Jay-Z was so against it.
Insiders claimed Jay’s issue started when Sean Paul told Beyoncé during the music video shoot that she ‘should be with a finer ninja’ — a comment Jay-Z allegedly found disrespectful.
So when Beyoncé’s performance with Howard dropped, Jay reportedly saw red.
But here’s where it gets spicy. According to Howard, Beyoncé wasn’t exactly apologetic about it.
She reportedly couldn’t understand why Jay was so upset, especially given his own track record. At that point, rumors of Jay-Z’s infidelity were already swirling — and Beyoncé allegedly thought it was hypocritical for him to get his feelings hurt over a performance.
‘She thought it was hypocritical that he would get his feelings hurt over a performance,’ Howard suggested.
And then, according to longstanding blind items that have resurfaced, things allegedly went further.
Rumors have persisted for years that after that performance, Howard and Beyoncé actually got together. Initially, it was reportedly Beyoncé’s way of giving Jay-Z something to really be angry about — a taste of his own medicine.
But then, allegedly, feelings developed. And the relationship supposedly lasted for a while.
Until Jay-Z found out.

Howard claims the fallout was severe. He expected Jay to be mad — Beyoncé was his girlfriend, after all. But what he didn’t expect was how far Jay would go to make his life hell.
According to Howard, Jay-Z allegedly used his immense industry power to blacklist him.
The rapper-turned-mogul supposedly spread fake rumors painting Howard as difficult to work with. He allegedly leveraged his connections to make people stop hiring him.
‘Jay took shots at Terrence and went as far as pulling strings to get him blacklisted in the industry,’ sources close to Howard have claimed.
Howard has hinted at this before. Over the years, he’s made cryptic comments about being ‘blackballed’ and having enemies in high places. Now, people are connecting the dots.
Social media erupted after Howard’s latest comments.
‘That lap dance was legendary and probably one of the times Bey and Jay broke up,’ one person tweeted. ‘We saw that chemistry.’
Another wrote: ‘That’s why Beyoncé wanted Farrah out of the group. Less competition for her. We all saw that Destiny’s Child performance when Beyoncé was trying to prove a point to Terrence Howard.’
Neither Beyoncé, Jay-Z, nor representatives for the power couple have responded to Howard’s claims. Farrah Franklin has also remained silent.
Howard, now 55, has built a reputation over the years for being refreshingly candid — and occasionally chaotic — in interviews. From his alleged involvement with Diddy to rumors about Oprah, he’s been at the center of countless Hollywood whispers.
But this one hits different. This one involves the most protected woman in music and the man who runs the industry from the shadows.
‘I remember Beyoncé looking over at me,’ Howard said of those early Destiny’s Child days. ‘And I think that’s why she picked me to do that dance.’
Mission accomplished, Bey. Nearly 20 years later, we’re still talking about it.
